[WuBook] Mail Requests!

Dear Custoemrs, once more, new features: WuBook is growing fast and with passion! When your customers try to book a period without availability, they have the chance to contact you via mail. This is very important, because the Hotel contingents are not always fully available on WuBook: by requiring an availability request via mail, each doubt is removed. You can manage the mail requests settings at the prefernces page (eventually you can disable the feature). Some bugs have been fixed. The well known Internet Explorer, this time, can't handle correctly html tables. Reservations are growing: this is a great result: the booking on line restyle seems to sound good!
