02/07/2009 - [WuBook] Incident Resolution

            Dears,

as some of you may have noticed, we experienced a problem
today (02/07/2009): 4 hours of black out.

We now know what happened in details.

A maintanance operation (on electrical equipment) to the
Server Farm Housing WuBook technological structures, has 
caused, for an Human Error, an heavy incident: a total 
power outage.

WuBook Servers (and other major companies, as Dailymotion, 
Skyblog, Pixmania, etc.) was completely blocked for 4
hours.

We followed the situation without any chance of intervention,
monitoring the problem evolution and reactivating our
services as soon as possible.

We will refund you for today: we will add two days to
your services expiration date.

We remember that WuBook technologies can rely on robust
backup: 4 daily backup, 7 weekly backup, 4 monthly backup
and 12 yearly backup. Your data will always secured.
