Usability and Accessibility 2.0

Dear WuBookers,

I am happy to come back to you today with more updates in regards to the graphic redesign on the WuBook Extranet.

We are still working on simplifying all menu options in WuBook. Part of a big project of redesign that we are releasing step by step and with the main goal of making the extranet easy, intuitive and very user friendly.

We have already grouped all sales oriented tools under the EXTRA tab; moved out to an independent tab the FOUNT options; and now moving into other tabs, such as:

– Settings which will become the main tab for all the initial configuration options: set up of the booking engine, rooms creation, extra and the current section of website (which we will be restyling soon).

– There´s a new tab called RATES, under which you will be able to acess all your day to day tools: TABLA, SYTAR, RATE PLANS, RESTRICTION PLANS and MONITOR.

– Also BOOKLAND has been now moved under the HOME tab.

– Feedbacks, very useful section to manage your clients´ comments is now found under the RESERVATIONS tab.

Another small update has been done in this page, previously known as the “Auth Factory” from today will be the “Your Profile” section:

This is the main page of your profile. You can update your contact details, reservation email, expiry date of your services, see all the invoices of payments, make payments, etc.
