Hopefully this new section will answer to some requests of yours and start to clarify the way we are working and the way we want to continue growing. So, in short, here you have the section of <strong>CashFlow<\/strong>. The possibility to have a real control of what enter and exit your cash register. Functionalities of this new section are not a lot but pretty relevant.<\/p>\n<p>And finally, this development is part of a bigger concept we are following: charged, invoiced and produced. Obviously, <em>charged<\/em> is what you can control through <strong>CashFlow<\/strong>, meanwhile <em>invoiced<\/em> stands in Archive\/Invoices and <em>produced<\/em> is what we will fix (with better options) in Stats.<\/p>\n<p>Ok then, let&#8217;s see what this CashFlow section is:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3028 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517.jpg\" alt=\"CashFlowZak\" height=\"422\" width=\"745\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517.jpg 745w, https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517-300x170.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 745px) 100vw, 745px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5 folders with different functionalities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Balance Closing<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawal<\/li>\n<li>Cashier&#8217;s Report<\/li>\n<li>Balance Closing List<\/li>\n<li>Payment List<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Balance Closing<\/strong> is a an operation that allow to check the remaining amount after a certain period, which is usually every shift change (or monthly or even yearly). We thought to configure this tool to be done after a regular shift (usually 8-hour-shifts) and to help receptionists to pass one to each other clear closings and openings. At the end of a shift there will be an expected amount (in cash, CC, Bank transfer, etc.) charged by closing worker.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3028 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517.jpg\" alt=\"CashFlowZak\" height=\"422\" width=\"745\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517.jpg 745w, https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_517-300x170.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 745px) 100vw, 745px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This amount should be counted and confirmed by the entering receptionist to open a new balance. The balance closing <strong>produces a sheet to sign for both receptionists<\/strong> (the worker out and the worker in) this way:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_475.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3017 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_475.jpg\" alt=\"Balance_Closing_sheet\" height=\"618\" width=\"608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_475.jpg 608w, https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_475-295x300.jpg 295w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 608px) 100vw, 608px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Obviously, to make things correctly calculated you will be able to add <strong>Withdrawals<\/strong> through a new section:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_518.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3030 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_518.jpg\" alt=\"Withdrawal\" height=\"204\" width=\"702\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_518.jpg 702w, https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_518-300x87.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 702px) 100vw, 702px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For the moment, it is possible to just add money withdrawals (from the owner or the manager) which take money from the cash register. In the future we will possibly add expenses \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cashier&#8217;s report<\/strong> is the daily and monthly report about what has entered in hotel accounts, divided into Bank, Cash, CC etc. Just the sum of payments received within that window time (from the beginning of the day\/month and the moment of consultation). Moreover, we felt important to determine the amount (again during the same timeframe) for an interesting type of payments: <strong>paid amounts for future production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This last field (future production) means basically 2 concepts:<br \/>\n&#8211; Pre-Payments<br \/>\n&#8211; Deposits<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposits<\/strong> are all those payments registered and associate to a fiscal document (a receipt\/invoice) and are legally related to a future production (a reservation checking-in in a future date) meanwhile <strong>Pre-Payments<\/strong> are all those payments not related to fiscal documents but still associated to an upcoming event (a reservation checking-in in a future date).<\/p>\n<p>The Cashier&#8217;s Report will be shown this way:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_516.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3027 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_516.jpg\" alt=\"Cashier_Report\" height=\"681\" width=\"618\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_516.jpg 618w, https:\/\/en.wubook.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Selecci\u00f3n_516-272x300.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Balance Closing List<\/strong> and <strong>Payments List<\/strong> are basically lists of relevant actions you can filter by some interesting parameters to check all the CashFlow of your business.
