Dears,

we are sorry to inform you that we are having problems with the mobile app notifications on the Apple platform.
The troubles started on December 29th or 30th. For the series, "the tooth always hurts on Friday evening".
We are working to restore them.

The problem should be fixed: now the notifications from mobile app on IOS should arrive correctly.

Hey there,

We are experiencing issues with iOS again. Literally not getting any notifications despite them being enabled within the app and notification paramaters being OK in the iOS settings.

Anyone else experiencing this? Android work OK btw.

please try reading our documentation to exclude the most common setting problems that may prevent you from receiving notifications:

If, after having done the indicated checks, you still encounter the problem, contact our customer support to report it correctly and our technicians will check it immediately!
