sync specific reservations from channels to wubook - RL022 - 05-29-2014
Hi,
I have reservations from booking.com, expedia, and agoda that haven't received by wubook. How can I link the reservations from those channels to wubook (in a way that if the costumer will change/ cancel the reservation, I will see it on wubook and zak) instead of entering them manually ? Thanks

Hello!
Are youtalking about old reservations? Those reservations previous the channel manager connectivity started, are not able to be integrated. We are able to fetch reservations just from the moment of the connection on.
We do notify you once a cancellation or modification comes into from the OTAs, but you need to act manually! This, till the old reservations have passed..
