AirBnB restricted markets update - luther - 06-14-2018
Hi everyone!
This post to announce that Airbnb has reduced the number of restricted
markets to 7 markets globally:
New York, NY, USA
Los Angeles, CA, USA
Boston, MA, USA
Portland, OR, USA
Montreal, Que., Canada
Berlin, Germany
Singapore
Additionally, in Japan not accepted listings for accommodations
(minpaku) used for Housing Accommodation Business under the Japanese
Housing Accommodation Business Act (Act No.65 of 2017). The only
exception to this is certain Japanese API partners who have entered into
the LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH REGARD TO AIRBNB BRAND AND INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTIES WITHIN JAPAN.
Effective immediately, all listings outside of these 7 markets can be
published on Airbnb.
REMEMBER: We are finalizing the official connectivity between the global
