ZAK SPRING RELEASE 1.2 - lime - 04-21-2022 Dears, we have just updated Zak to publish some improvements. Not a big deal: for a few months we'll mainly be consolidating, improving and refining the many works done so far. Mainly with the aim of not destabilizing the season. Season that seems to be off to a strong start. Volumes are rising sharply and we want to focus on traffic volume management in this case - for example - trying to optimize and speed up all the software. Here is a short list of the work we have done and that is online today: - Since this spring release, it has become possible to set up a 100% discount for the Online Reception. There was a small inaccuracy that did not make it operational: despite the price at zero, the Online Reception kept asking for guarantees such as payments, deposits and so on. Now, for a zero-preno, it's nothing required. - Kylix: each waiter can be "colored". And the dashboard, showing the tables, shows the colour of the waiter. Obviously, it's super useful to keep under control of the situation, knowing who is managing what. - Online Checkin: in case a reservation has more than one room, but also when a booking has different dates for different rooms, the Online Checkin shows the number of guests and the dates of the stay. Useful for your customers, so that they can better understand which rooms they are registering for. - For Italy only. Tax documents from Agenzia delle Entrate: you can now download official PDFs directly from Zak, without accessing the Government portal. - Performance: As mentioned above, we are working on the performance of the all suite: Zak, Online Reception, Kylix, etc. Well, cheers to all.
