Mobile app push notifications suggestion - A.G#WuBook - 05-27-2023

Hey there,

We've switched to WuBook a while ago and been enjoying it so far. We've also been relying on mobile app for our daily property management tasks a lot and now have some feedback to share.

Currently, we only receive notifications for new bookings. This is great, especially during summer times when there are less people available on shifts. However, this could be improved further.

Our last PMS has allowed us to set up 3 types of push notifications: for new bookings, for booking modifications and for cancellations. This is really something that we miss a lot and would like to put this idea forward for WuBook app.

This would really enhance the mobile app experience for a user, especially in smaller hotels with limited amount of resources (people) available on a shift. An employee can be far from a laptop when possible (e.g preparing coffee for guests in the evening) while still being updated on the latest developments.

Would love to get some feedback. Thanks!

Hello,

We do appreciate your opinion.

Concerning our Zak PMS App, it will be subject to reframe during the upcoming months.
So we gladly accept your suggestion and will include it in the list of ideas we have for this next development!

We are at your disposal if you have any doubts.

There will be some reworking going on with our Zak PMS app in the next months.

Thanks for the recommendation! We'll make sure to put it in our list of suggestions for the next development.
