Problems on reservation integrations from Booking.com

Dear WuBookers,

From 10:50 this morning (May the 3rd 2016), Booking.com has been registering errors when sending reservations.

Its Technical Team confirmed that some reservations have been sent directly to the property via Fax/email and those will not be sent through the Channel Manager.

The most critical phase of this issue was between 11:00 and 13:00 today and little by little is getting fixed to the point that right now it seems reservations are been sent to the channel manager as usual.

We ask you to please keep an eye on all new reservations received through Booking.com and verify these are been integrated into the channel manager. In case they are not, please do update your availability accordingly in WuBook until booking.com confirms all is back to normal.

We will continue to update you with more information as soon as we get more news from booking.com.
