Wubook Login Lost Password

Hi,

anyone had troubles connecting between the 6th and the 7th of March?

I tried via pc, iphone, samsung...nothing to do.
I tried also without wi-fi...same result.

What is really odd is that after I got the connection back, I found out that Wubook had changed the number of available rooms when I was fully booked!

I sent several emails to the International Help desk but nobody has answered so far.

How come there is no assistance on Saturday ...or Sunday may be?

I would want Wubook to investigate on my issue

In WuBook there has been no blocks or blackouts. At least from a server point of view..
You mean that you were not able to login? Strange cause I do not see any other case or warning about it.

About the change of availability, well, this is even more strange...if the system would have blocked for any reason, this is not affecting availability anyway!

And last but not least, when did you open a ticket to support? several emails not answered? I will investigate it and let you know.
