nell'ottica di migliorare dal punto di vista pratico l'uso del PMS chiedo di valutare e dare ai colleghi il vostro parere sulla necessità di creare nella scelta dei pagamenti una volta cliccato sul tasto più (aggiungi pagamento), la possibilità di avere la propria scelta per ordinare i tipi di pagamento.<br />
Per default avete messo CONTANTI ma personalmente per me sarebbe meglio mettere CARTA DI CREDITO, credo che ogni uno abbia la propria necessità e quindi rendere a ogni uno possibile di poter ordinare a proprio piacere la tipologia dei pagamento sarebbe utile.<br />
Altro punto è sull'importo che viene proposto per default (TOTALE DOVUTO) personalmente 9 su 10 devo cancellare e inserire importo perchè quasi mai viene pagato il totale sopratutto perchè nel totale viene inserito anche la tassa di credito che almeno a me viene pagata al check out.<br />
Anche qui forse lasciare il campo vuoto da riempire sarebbe più utile.<br />
Grazie per l'attenzione sperando che questo due semplici richieste possano essere accolte se condivise da molte persone<br />

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the current Google Metasearch integration, which I’ve already discussed with our regional manager, but I believe it’s worth posting here as well for broader visibility.<br />
<br />
In countries where price parity is still being enforced, the current integration doesn’t really help drive direct bookings effectively. Since we’re required to display the same rates as all OTAs, we end up at a disadvantage. While those adhere to the same base pricing shown on search results, they can apply gated discounts (e.g., Genius) once the user lands on their site - discounts that are fully compliant with parity rules.<br />
<br />
Unfortunately, the Zak booking module doesn’t currently support any similar functionality for gated offers. This means we’re unable to compete with these gated discounts, and the final direct price for Metasearch landings often appears less competitive compared to OTAs.<br />
<br />
There’s also no way to have a different price displayed in Google search results vs rates shown in the module itself for Metasearch landings. This could have been an easy alternative to gated discounts as OTAs usually use screenshots from Google Metasearch for daily rate comparisons and don't look much further unless someone complains.<br />
<br />
Would love to hear if others are facing the same, or if there are any planned improvements around this.<br />

We've put in a lot of work to enhance your experience on smartphones. By putting ourselves in your shoes, we've studied how you typically use the app and introduced many new features and changes.<br />

We decided against simply shrinking Zak for smaller screens as it wouldn't have been user-friendly enough for touch screen use on smartphones. Our goal isn't to replace the desktop version of Zak with the mobile app. <br />
Instead, we aimed higher: we completely revamped the old app, focusing on essential features for managing tasks away from your facility. Now, you can carry Zak with you in your pocket :)<br />

We understand that big changes can be challenging. That’s why the<span style="text-decoration: underline;" class="mycode_u"> old Zak app will remain available for now</span>. You can install both apps simultaneously, giving you time to adjust.<br />

It’s now quicker and easier to finalize a reservation. Once you select dates and occupancy, the app will show you all possible options sorted by price.<br />

This has so far led to the creation of group <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">reservations with NO physical rooms assigned.</span><br />
<br />
We have completely redesigned the list of room types, better highlighting their individual availability on the left. At the same time we have put the associated physical rooms in the foreground, now you can add them with a simple click.<br />
<br />
On the right you always have the partial total of what you have chosen (type and physical) and if you are overbooked it all turns red and you can see it!<br />
<br />
At the bottom of the list is a summary stating what you have assigned and what you have not.<br />
<br />
<br />
We have also revised the guest choice at the top of the page, more options are now displayed so that the choice is quick and easy.<br />
<br />
<br />
Two other small changes: a template to send door opening codes and the display of notes on the 'requests' page of zCrm.<br />
<br />
- The template for sending the room code has been improved to be resilient both in print and via email and via whatsapp. Everything is now clearer and more readable.<br />

    - In the login form, you will be able to choose which service to land in with <br />
      a simple selection, without going through Wauth each time.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">02. Stripe connect</span> (Zak and Woodoo)<br />
    - Stripe activated a new method to integrate payments: 'Stripe Connect'.<br />
      This new method has been implemented on both Woodoo and Zak.<br />
      The old method has been discontinued and will no longer be activatable, <br />
      but those who are using it will still be able to continue guaranteeing their <br />
      reservations.<br />
      What are the advantages of stripe connect over the old method?<br />
      You no longer need to share your API key with us, just go to the payment <br />
      gateway configuration page, select stripe connect and start the integration <br />
      process. You will then be redirected to the stripe page, which will ask you <br />
      to log in. What happens now? Your account will be linked to ours, making <br />
      payments easier.<br />
      Direct debits to credit cards will benefit most of all.<br />
      With stripe connect, you will no longer need to enable the feature<br />
      "manage credit card data directly", which is getting more and more <br />
      hidden and hard to enable.<br />

    - The bank transfer has been added to the methods for guaranteeing <br />

    - You can also filter the search for a reservation by board.<br />

      compatible with Zak and its Booking Engine. <br />
      You can activate it in the booking engine settings.<br />

In addition to these points, work was also done behind the scenes on <br />
the channel manager OTAs (both in Zak and Woodoo) to update drivers, <br />
new APIs and structural software improvements.<br />

we have almost reached the end of another year and, along with the holidays, <br />
comes some news.<br />
<br />
The closeness to the high season doesn't allow us to make big changes so <br />
as not to destabilize your work too much, so there will be a few improvements <br />
and some new features.<br />
<br />
Here is a list:<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">01. Direct login to Zak and WooDoo:</span><br />
    - In the login form, you will be able to choose which service to land in with <br />
      a simple selection, without going through Wauth each time.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">02. Stripe connect</span> (Zak and Woodoo)<br />
    - Stripe activated a new method to integrate payments: 'Stripe Connect'.<br />
      This new method has been implemented on both Woodoo and Zak.<br />
      The old method has been discontinued and will no longer be activatable, <br />
      but those who are using it will still be able to continue guaranteeing their <br />
      reservations.<br />
      What are the advantages of stripe connect over the old method?<br />
      You no longer need to share your API key with us, just go to the payment <br />
      gateway configuration page, select stripe connect and start the integration <br />
      process. You will then be redirected to the stripe page, which will ask you <br />
      to log in. What happens now? Your account will be linked to ours, making <br />
      payments easier.<br />
      Direct debits to credit cards will benefit most of all.<br />
      With stripe connect, you will no longer need to enable the feature<br />
      "manage credit card data directly", which is getting more and more <br />
      hidden and hard to enable.<br />
