Hi

Can I ask how to modify the dates on an existing booking in zak? I have a booking which is for 14 nights and I want to extend it to 20 nights. I cannot see how to do this.

Hi Dave, sorry for my late answer.

You can do this operation from inside the panel of the reservations details or from the Planning.

Anyway, the booking must be a direcct booking (not an online one) to be able to redimension it.

Imagine it is a reservation coming from an OTA. The customer would have to modify it inside the OTA extranet first to do it correctly.
