Hello,
altough i am connected for 2 months now and i could sync through my pms kwhotel last 5 days i can't
it brings the message
The underlayin connection was closed. an unxpected error occur
My pms manager told mw to contact with wubook

well, since the connection is managed by the PMS, it is hard for us to give you any idea of what is happening. But, please, please, tell them to write us. They have both operational and technical support.

(by the way, this forum is not the best to get answers for these issues..lol )
