When we are fully booked, I have more and more customer in high season who asks to leave their mail in case of a cancellation for the wished dates. Would it be complicated to integrate this feature?
The guests would enters his mail and date, then if there is a cancelation, he gets an automated mail with a link for direct booking.

A good upgrade that would work great (at least to me) is to select at each discounts you create (promo codes, special offers etc) at which products you want to be included (the extras you may want to sell, the government tax, the room price).

Having the following issue with the calendar drop down option with the Responsive Widget Online Reception.

The drop down calendar to select the dates for availability is showing up behind my sites text as well as anything else I put directly underneath it. Unsure where to put z-index code (css / js) so that this pops out in front / top of anything else.

I would need your help with Google adwords conversions. I am using google plugin and I have integrated google analytics and google adwords with wubook. So now I can see in GA in Event tracking the basic categories as:

WubookRequest
WubookOpen
WubookPreview
WubookNoavail
WubookReservation

But that's all. I can't see any conversions or I don't know where to find it.

we are glad to introduce you a new very interesting feature on the Wubook services universe.

We talked at some length on the forum with some users who had made many constructive proposals, (here the link).

From today it will be possible to specify Geo-localized special offers on WuBooK. How does it mean? Among the different options defining the requisites to benefit from the special offer, you will have the possibility to specify a countries list where the special offer will be applicable, realizing a real rates differentiation.

Here attached the screen-shot of the real WuBooK interface you will find:





As you can notice, there are 2 selection levels: the first one – by continent – which allows you to populate the real countries and the second one (countries) where you want to attend.

This is possible thanks to the Geo-localization, essentially a correspondence between the IP and the Country origin, calculated by WuBooK when a user enter on your Online Reception.

Therefore, from today you can obtain a commercial tool rather powerful!
