Hey there,
We have noticed that the new Online Reception uses Lato font which does not support Cyrillic-based languages. That is expected considering that you're using Google fonts.
Whenever you's switch to Ukrainian or any other Cyrillic-based language, you'd get a fallback font for texts (Times New Roman). However, all numbers would remain in Lato.
As a result, you get 2 fonts on one page which is a thing from the past and looks unprofessional.
Any chance some can fix this? My suggestions are:
1) Finding an alternative Lato-like font for Cyrillic-based languages and making it a default
or
2) Making sure that the fallback font gets applied to everything when Cyrillic-based language is selected by a user and NOT just texts.
I've also attached a screengrab to confirm our findings. Thanks!
Best,
Oleksiy

Hello community I have to put some code on the wubook booking engine for sojern integration.
In this case, have you tried to put pixel code in any way?
Thanks for your help

Hello,
We have done a lot of work to remove cookies, have a good SEO and optimize speed and load of our websites.
But we still have some sub-optimal setup with the Zak widget. It would be really good if the tech team could improve the underling tech of Zak widget.
Here is the liste of "problems". You can see tehm with any audit tool for performance.
1 - Defer/async javascript execution.
2 - Light the Font load and use WOFF2 instead of WOFF
3 - Specify "character set" for content-type in header for this resource
Thanks a lot. This will ensure we have a better speed/performance for web basics and then a better ranking on search engines/SEO.

With the GPRD, we have to manage carefully all the cookies.
We already removed all cookies from our web site. And we have no cookie banner to manage and our users do not have to be hassle with that. This is really good.
But we have a problem with the Zak widget.
Just showing the widget seems to generate cookies without interaction with the widget (see screenshots).
No click on the widget, no intent to use it. Just showing the page.
Same thing for a local storage (see screenshot).
It seems there is no technical reason for your script to generate cookies before anyone clicks on the widget.
The consequence of this is that your users (us) have to take care and manage the cookies when our visitors do not click on the widget.
This is also detected by cookie analysis tools (see screenshot)
So I really do think that the cookies should be generated only when there is a click on the Zak widget.
We already have some web component who behave like that. So it is technically simple to do it, and should not be a problem for you.
Thanks for let us know what can be done as GPRD and cookie management is now a serious thing and we have to comply fully.
Thanks.

Warning, there where some changes in the wubook script. It now use "static.wubook.net". So update your Content Security Policy (CSP) accordingly.
For wubook : Can you inform us when you change some site names for scripts ? My widget was blocked (since you change it) until I noticed it just right now. Thanks.

Hello,
With PSD2 reglementation, we (as hotel) will need to be able to prove that customer was going thru strong customer authentication (SCA) in the reservation process.
If not, then when we will charge no-shows or advanced payment or late payment (without having customer using physically his credit card) all those transactions can be canceled or refused by the customer. It is legit. And will create a lot of problem for us as hotel.
So what did you prepared or changed in your processes (Woodoo and OTA's) to be ready for SCA in this new PSD2 rules ?
Thanks.

When we are fully booked, I have more and more customer in high season who asks to leave their mail in case of a cancellation for the wished dates. Would it be complicated to integrate this feature?
The guests would enters his mail and date, then if there is a cancelation, he gets an automated mail with a link for direct booking.
Thanks for the response.
Jerome
