By popular demand and after numerous feedback, it is with great pleasure that we
we want to announce the brand new Planner in the new Mobile App!
We realized the importance of this Tool that, in the daily management
and in carrying out the various operations outside Reception, is certainly essential and
indispensable.
We have strive to create a Planner that is as comprehensive as possible and that reflects
thoroughly your needs.
So here are the main features of the Mobile Planner!
At-a-glance visualization and immediate consultation of the Facility's situation
Through the Planner you will therefore now be able to select a date from the appropriate calendar to monitor
and have an overview of all reservations, scrolling through both past and future dates.
Entering physical room closures
With a simple tap it will now be possible to immediately close availability on the physical room
selected.
Moving reservations via Tetris
Tetris, a much-loved and much-used tool for organizing, optimizing and moving
reservations easily. To prevent errors, the App will smartly detect where it is possible to
move a reservation or not.
Pending Reservations
It will be possible to view and assign a physical room to pending reservations.
Direct customer contact
With a simple tap on the reservation it will now be possible to contact the Booker,
thus simplifying the search for his data and communication.
Beyond the Planner, we have added small improvements in relation to the Mobile App,
such as going back with date selection from both Kalena and the Dashboard
or even room set up within the reservation detail.
When will all this be possible?
