Dear Wubookers,
as many of you already know, Wubook is a company in continuous development.
Our main mission is to produce technologies that can support you in your daily work!
We know it is very important to be close to our customers, also providing the right support when necessary, in the best ways and times.
For this, our support department is expanding to offer you a better service and powered our team with two new super AM ready to help you in the best way.
Besides this, we want to announce you a great news regarding the requests for support (the famous tickets!) and the introduction of new channels that you can use to communicate with our Support Staff.
We have completely reviewed the ticket opening form (reached from the button Help, at the top on the right of Wubook accounts) and from which you will have the possibility of:
1 – send an email (new ticket opening form!) [service active 7 days on 7]
The user must select the service and the topic for which to request support, and enter a text message with the request.
2 – chat (news!) with our Support Staff [service active from 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday]
You can directly enter a Live Chat with our Support Staff.
3 – you can ask for a call (double news!) [service from 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday]
After selecting a topic and entered the text message of your request, you can:
• ask for an asap call (as soon as possible)
You’ll be contacted in an hour during our working time from 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Schedule a call with our Account Managers, being able to define the day and time you want to be called.
This new form of Support will be launch tomorrow afternoon :)
