we launched a new release on Wednesday 18 August, and here's what it is.
*Copying Rates*
There is now the possibility to copy rates values. It can be used in a very powerful way.
In particular, by replicating the values of a first rate onto a second one.
The goal here is simple: make a new rate from the values of an existing one, without using derivations.
Or copy those values between different periods, even for the same rate.
Obviously, with the goal of making prices for new seasons from old ones.
Customer List on Reception Page
Following a large number of requests, we introduced the guest list on the Reception page.
The customers of a room will be immediately visible. Of course, the "smart search" will work by specifying first and last names.
Online Checkin
Two new enable/disable options: we talk about selling Extras and
giving customers the opportunity to provide customers to offer feedback on their reservations.
Mini sites
The contents of each page can be ordered. As well as the rooms for the Accomodations section.
It is also possible to specify a different address for your property than the one you have setup on WuBook:
so you can separate in some way "headquarter" and "operative office".
Split rooms
It is now also possible to split rooms in the case of Pending Reservations
(remember: reservations that have only been assigned a room type and not yet a physical room).
This is particularly crucial in the case of Discontinuous Stays, as it allows an easier room change.
Reframe Channels Graphs
We redesigned both the WuBook and Despegar channels. Only Expedia is missing Expedia for the new standards.
It is coming soon.
Obviously, we talk about Supervising and Monitor tools, as well as a much better graphic style.
Finally, as always, several improvements and corrections.
This fall we will enter a very important phase. Incoming:
1. A total reframe of the reservation detail page
2. A complete redesign of the City Tax
3. Special offers on the Online Reception and a new style
4. Kylix, the restaurant module
5. A new Broom Paper. In fact, much more.
A Super Planner where you can show all the operative info of your business.
