Adding to earlier mentioned wishes:
We have a request from our client to make a confirmation voucher more pleasant and convenient, because now it repels hotels' guests.
The main problems are (see screenshots below)

It will be better to remove the fields without information. E.g., not all the hotels have fax, but this field is shown on a voucher by default.

If you are switching off the adress field in the reservation settings (http://joxi.ru/VrwWwB9UK39Qnr), it is displayed as an empty field with an irrational comma before the city field
And if the field "remarks or requests" is empty, it is displayed on a voucher too.
And many hotels complies about diffirent fonts of a standard text and reservation remarks from custom messages. In addition, many hotels prefers to change dry standard text (both on confirmation and cancellation) on something more affable and more stimulating for their sales, which should be our main goal too.
A possibility to use Au Revoir does not replace default kind of vouchers, but just supplements it (and that may confuse hotels' guests, they may think that they have two bookings with two diffirent confirmation, e.g.), so it is not the way to solve this problem.
