Is there a way to notify my server when user is changing rooms data in wubook? I mean that when he updates his tabla I would get a notification to update my data via wired or something.

I do changes for some room and day (on lodging/plans table - for example - close room or change quantity )
after this I receive messages from x1.wubook.net with empty data.

notice yesterday we got problems because of huge workload. Not sure we solved them 100%, but things should work now.
Let me know otherwise and we will check.

Also notice that, for a most fast support, filing an email to devel _AT_ wubook _DOT_ net could be a better idea than writing on the forum. Differently by the forum, emails are read very frequently and by more people!
