Personalize the "not availability" message on your booking engine
Dear Wubookers,

You asked us for an improvement on the message potential guests receive when running a search on your booking engine for a period with no availability.

Today, we are happy to announce a small but very useful improvement in this regard: if you go to facility / Facility / Custome Message (here) you can create and configure a custom message to the customer (or potential customer) which will be displayed when the result of their search is of No Availability.

Although simple, the introduction of this message is quite interesting and not at all invasive. It may be useful for the following cases:

* For establishments who use weekly restrictions: with this message will be easier to communicate directly with customers looking for availability
* To personalized your communication: you can invite the client to send an email or get in touch directly with you for example.

I hope you find this new feature of great use. The next step will be to improve the Magic Calendar (Flexible Dates). We are working to achieve a more intuitive interface to transmit a lot of information on availability and restrictions, to further reduce dropouts on the booking process.
