Hello,

I like to mainly work in the planner as it gives a great overview of our hotel. I think it could be improved in 3 ways: 

1) Option to view all rooms on one page - the rows are very deep so when you have a lot of rooms you have to scroll a lot. It would be nice to visualise the whole hotel occupancy on one page, or zoom out.

2) Would love to change property directly from the planner rather than going back to the wubook page.

3) Would be nice to have the option to 'block colour' the reservations instead of them being all white. The line colours are quite small and it would be helpful to differentiate our bookings with a block colour.

Hi, thanks for your suggestions.

We already have a thousand ideas to make smaller rows of the planner
so that the Zak planner is appropriate too for establishments with a certain
number of rooms. But not today.

Changing the property from the planner is fine. But it is something that
must be carefully evaluated, because, among other things, the change
of Zak's property has limits: we are planning the possibility of managing
several different properties on tabs.

It will come in time.

The choice of white is intentional instead. That way things
always remain legible. And have the colors in the band above and
below is a strong advantage that few competitors have: that is to be
able to show many colors at one time.
