- Switch to hosting
- Click your profile photo in the top right corner and go to Account
- Click Professional hosting tools
- Enable "Allow me to use an email alias to reach guests"
Now you should get an email alias for your reservations. Its not the guest's email but if you send an email to this address, it will be forwarded to the guest (also it will be delivered to the Airbnb chat).
