Covid-19 Situation - WuBook Contribution

Dear Wubookers,

This current situation has deeply hit our industry and it is testing
all markets connected.

These days show us how much this situation brings us together.
And that is precisely why we have taken this time to decide how to be
closer to you and socially responsible.

WuBook, as a company, has also expenses, costs and worries. These must be taken
into account, before acting with the heart. Before adopting
an infinite level of generosity, even if we would like to.
We’re all in this together and we all in this industry are suffering the same repercussions.

We chose however a path of bravery and determination.
And we have made an important decision.

We've came to the conclusion that if we don’t help each other when we can,
if we don’t help those who represent the future, then we lose
what matters most: our motivations and ambitions.

Now, we want to help you.
And we are not doing this just out of generosity.
Although it is very heartfelt and particularly important for us.

We’ve talked to so many of you in the last few weeks and,
on a relational level, it’s hard to say ‘no’ to those who, same as us, are
going through a difficult time.

We also do it as an investment in the future.

We deeply believe in our work, and in your and our future.
So we bet on an act of bravery that will give many positive results tomorrow.

For example, we published a PMS which base functions are completely free, we released
an invoicing system that costs you EUR 12 a month despite the number of invoices generated, although every
document issued represents a costs for us.

And today, given the moment, we reaffirm our character and our commitment to you as our client.
For two months, we will apply a 15% discount on all
the services provided.

We know this will not change anyone’s life. It will change
our belief. Our services have always been offered at very competitive
prices and made available for everyone. This is our DNA.
This is our determination.
It will change the awareness of our role.

15% of our income. For two months, for our network, for you.
No commitment and without asking for anything in return.
This for us represents a lot. For each of our our staff, For each of our colors.

Hopefully this choice will convey these messages.
The deep conviction in the work that we do,
every day

15% ? Thanks for the thought but ... as there are absolutely no bookings coming in, perhaps you could offer the service free for 3 months. If not, I will be diconnecting all my channels..

Hello.

I understand the situation is complicated and this is something we neither can control. The 15% discount is not saving anyone business, for sure, but it is the best we can do on our side. We also are facing with similar problems and making efforts to afford the issue.

As stated before we are offering a basic PMS version for free (to maintain access to customer base and other basic tools), a new booking engine free till september and finally, 15% discount on a channel manager that costs from 4 to 6€ monthly. We decided to reduce to the minimum all our prices and the costs to affect as less as possible to our partners cashflows.

We suggest to not turn off the channel manager, cause it maintains up to date availability and adjust it in case of cancellations or dates modifications.

But for those considering this not enough and that cannot afford it, we are sad and understand the situaton and consequences. I hope you will be back with your business as soon as possible and remember that the configuration you have in WuBook will be not lost. We keep it as it is to turn it on as soon as you are able to use it again
