Trivago: Subscription and Updates are much quicker now!
#1
Dear all,

We have been receiving many new activations for Trivago. And, from all these we have identified some complaints, especially in relation to the waiting time for "subscriptions" / "unsubscriptions" and/or "updating campaingĀ“s configuration".

To remind you that, until yesterday, the subscription and updating of campaigns were done two Tuesdays a month (the second and fourth). In the periods in between updates, each modification needed to wait until the next.

For example, if you wanted to stop the campaign and therefore the investment on it, it had to wait a fortnight to take effect.

Well, from yesterday, we have agreed, with Trivago, on new and faster procedures. In particular, the reading of new subscriptions and the configuration of existing ones will be done every Tuesday, once a week, meaning it will be two times faster than before.

With best regards,
Silver
