As a hotel, it would be good to have access - especially via the phone app - of a simple guest list (guest names + age + room number) 'in house' rather than just 'bookings in-house'.
This way in an emergency (for example fire) we would have very quick access to a list of all guests that could potentially be in the hotel to carry out a registration. As it stands it would take quite a bit of time to go through each reservation.
