No, there are no mandatory configuration costs in most countries around the world. The system is free of charge and completely self-service! When you requests a WuBook account, from activation, you have 15 day trial to test the full system with all the add-ons functionalities. You will be contacted by our sales team in few days for the onboarding of your property.

If you manage one or more accommodations in Portugal you can choose the guided configuration for 120€ to be paid at the first invoice of services' purchase. If your accommodation is in Greece the charge to be paid will be 100€ while if you contact us from Italy the cost is 150€. For the rest of the world there is no charge for the guided setup.

Yes, support is always free. It is provided by a team of experts who are available 365 days a year with very short response times. By applying for a WuBook account you get access to the platform and all its services, including free support. After 15 days the free trial period will end, but you will still be able to use the free management software (BASIC) and contact support without limitations.

The cost of the WuBook channel manager depends on the number of connected channels (online sales portals). The cost of a single channel is €7 up to 3 channels, €6 up to 5, €5 up to 9 channels.

The system is self-service, you can deactivate WuBook services independently from the subscription page of your WuBook account whenever you wish. No advance payment is required, we do not ask you for contracts or subscriptions.
