Very flexible configuration
You can create different rules for each product and each rate.
Choose your rules
When you create a rule, you can choose whether it should take into account: the current availability of your products; the availability given by the Availability Modifier or the full property availability.
Manage prices & rules
You can increase/decrease prices for advance or last minute reservations. You can also customize your rules with more early features, e.g. how many days and for how long a rule should start to act.
sales speed rules
You can create rules to adjust prices according to your sales speed (e.g. the rule should only act if I receive at least 5 bookings in one day).
Synchronized calendars & Planner
You can find the Yield Manager changes in Zak calendars and in the advanced planner.
Drag & drop rules
You can drag and drop the created rules to define the order in which they should act. тАиIf you remove a rule, the original price will automatically be restored.
