Hotel Cala di Seta was born from a deep passion for hospitality and tourism, values that guide the family that runs it: three sisters and their mother, Chiara. The business has strong roots, initially started by their parents, and over time has become a point of reference for travellers wishing to discover the authentic charm of South West Sardinia. With a philosophy based on familiarity and attention to detail, the property welcomes each guest as a friend, offering authentic and personalised experiences. Over time, the desire to improve the tourist experience and enhance the territory has led the family to seek more efficient tools for the daily management of the hotel.

The challenge

Running a hotel in an area that is beautiful but poorly supported by adequate infrastructure is a constant challenge. South-west Sardinia is a corner of paradise that is often neglected, both in terms of tourism promotion and essential services. This situation makes hotel management more complex, requiring a great organisational effort to attract tourists and guarantee a quality welcome. In addition, digitisation of the sector is still not widespread in the area and many properties struggle to adapt to new technologies.
